            (Black pudding, beans on toast, scrambled eggs, berry smoothie) 500 kcal
noon - Soft ice cream shared 100 kcal
2 pm - Chicken kebab @ Kati Roll, milky chai tea 500 kcal
4 pm - Summer fruits, cherry tomatoes @ home 200 kcal
6 pm - A slice of cheese,  200g beans 400 kcal
8 pm - Two slices of cheese 140 kcal
           fell asleep

midnight - More cheese...

Today

This morning: 131 lbs
After lunch: 135 lbs
Evening: 133 lbs

9 am - chilli con carne ( 400 kcal )
noon - berries ( 200 kcal )
3 pm - macaroni cheese, chai tea, 1/2 peach meringe @ Sketch ( 1000 kcal )
5 pm - Nottinghill Gate gelato half a cup: melon sorbet + espresso + pistaccio ( 300 kcal )
8 pm - berries and organic cherry tomatos from farmers' market ( 300 kcal )
midnight - 2 slices of cheese ( 140 kcal )


Yesterday

10 am - cheese omelette @ Ponti's, cappucino ( 400 kcal )
noon - some sugar sweets ( 100 kcal )
4 pm - laksa soup speghetti ( 1000 kcal )
8 pm - a piece of cheese and some beans ( 300 kcal )

Thursday

8 am - Porridge n jam at Pret a Manger ( 300 kcal )
noon - chilli con carne ( 400 kcal )
6 pm - toasted tea cakes, sugar sweets ( 400 kcal )
9 pm - chicken salad @ Giraffe, 1 Corona ( 600 kcal )

某某朋友的女朋友很纤瘦很漂亮。
我要向他学习。
手了行动起来也看上去比较优雅。

这四天都有腹泻的现象。
纵使如此,我的体重反弹从130 到 139。
明天去旅行五天,也要小心饮食。

现在买了山寨nano case 和 armband。
希望尽快开始运动大计。
说起来,nano真是电磁超耐用的,可以last more than a day.
十二分满意!

tea: honeydew, apple, half a muffin (700 kcal)

Day17

总是没有在开始的勇气。夸下海口的bs说得太多了。
昨天家庭日,吃了五餐,晚上还吃大餐。
可能有五千卡真的。
煎炸太多了,脸上长了三颗痘,恐怖
今天早上肉粽,锅巴,饼干,蛋糕,李子,苹果...
大概超过一千卡了吧。
下午吃了好多出炉面包,cereal,橘子。
晚上青菜,云耳燜鸡,1/4个黑美人西瓜。

我知道,我太爱吃了。
看了一集澳洲版 The Biggest Loser。
有参赛者脱掉了差不多一半的体重。
好励志,我也可以振作起来吧。
ipod nano拿到手后,重新开始跑步的习惯。
Can't wait...
不可以败给自己。

如果不漂亮瘦瘦的,我八月份没面目见他啦!!

其实不用把减肥看得太严肃,减肥不是目的,而是一种手段。
我们不是在单纯地减肥,而是在调整我们的生活方式,改变我们的生活态度,
我们的目的只是让生活更健康,有一个健康的生活方式,以一颗平和的心面对生活,直面人生。
而体重下降只不过是健康的生活方式,平和的心态的一个产物罢了,仅此而已。

I know i have fallen.
昨晚挨不住,睡前吃了面包,还吃了晚餐呢。
今天胃口继续飚升,我怀疑是小了补充水分。
我开始变得很消极,如果见不到57誓不罢休。
无论过程中用什么方法,营养如何超标准,只求结果不择手段的呐!
跟我说这说那的,舍也是我的敌人。
我的身体也是我敌人呐, i m a teapot short and stout!!
喜欢的男生也是我敌人呐,让我极度嫉妒的fitness!!
我快要疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯疯了。

Day 13

I have been really slack on my food consumption in the last few days...
Eventhough mom was trying to tell me white lies, that she can spot the change...
But i know exactly whats going on,
My measurements have hardly been adjusted.
And when i put on my shirt it feels tighter than few nights ago!!
I regret not going jogging since saturday,
typhoon and stormy rains were excuses.
It may sounds silly but i really dont wanna meet my friends tonight.
I am getting ver self-conscious
Luckily the meetings been cancelled due to stormy rain
Weight pre-crave: 61.4 kg

Yesterday had  mango frozen yogurt
 two packs of biscuits
 two cookies
 a pack of seaweed tempura crisps
 roasted beans
 watermelon

We went to Megabox for  dim sum lunch ( 13 dishes shared )
Then later in the evening i took a little napAnd suddenly had a craving of biscuits
 Three packs of jacob's hi-cal
 Three chucky lemon cream sandwich biscuits
 One chestnut vanilla slice
 a big pack of prawn crackers
 three shots of yakult

I hardly have a clue of whats going on?
whats the trigger? love, stress, sleep?
my metabolism, my flood dam is dysfunctional...
one thing i do notice is my fluid intake has dropped.

Woaahhhh tomorrow onwards will start all over again
NO CARB DIET: VEG AND FRUIT ONLY!
AND LOTS OF DRINKS!
