Hard to control my appetite these days, eventhough i have become a regular member of the gym, i seem to get hungry more quickly and feeling full more slowly when i consume food.

Also been doing some baking with sister over last few weekends, making tiramisu and cookies and chocolates, so my diet is a big crap these days really... explains well why i have stopped posting.

Morning - yogurt and coffee 100
Gym - burnt 400
Lunch - prawn mayo sandwich 350
            butter shortbread loaded 1000
Dinner - salad 200
              cheese from tan (amsterdam) 1000

Looking forward to Oslo day trip tomorrow.

Pret: Almond criossant, white filter coffee (400 kcal)

Hoxton viet grill: pho and catfish and steamed rich, diet coke (700 kcal)

High holborn: fresh figs, lemon drops (200 kcal)

Centre point koran restaurant: kimchi and barley tea and bibimbap (700 kcal)

Today : he came round and spent all day long with me. he was supposed to work at home because of the tube strike :) he told me the whole story about divorce during lunch, he says he wanna just give up every responsibility and run away together. that i shud understand why he doesnt wanna talk about her, and why i am very special to him. he went to oriental supermarket with me and also carnaby street to get the shoes for my sister... really nice guy. and then we met his friend for dinner we got along very well. i just hope every day will go so smooth like today. however, i really shud start my job search tomorrow, and prepare for my coming two trips. i hope sis and tan with finally get introduced to each other wed night.  i just hope they will like each other.

I am feeling better today after 7 hours of rest :-)

7.30 - Breakfast with Tanv
          Pret a Manger
          Almond criossant (300 kcal)
          Filter coffee (100 kcal)

9.00 - Prawn noodle (160 kcal)
          A banana (100 kcal)
          Constantly refilled caffetiere LOL (300 kcal)

12.00 - Grapes, plums (300 kcal)

3.00 - Sweetcorn and bagel (500 kcal)

7.00 - Filter coffee (100 kcal)
          Two fried eggs (200 kcal)

9.00 - A banana (100 kcal)

12.00 - Two frankfurters (200 kcal)


OMG He has been coming around to visit me everyday afterwork for the last two weeks!
And he brought me "distress" from the fresh juice store outside the statione
And he would only let me take three sips because it was too sour!
And then after we met up he came back to leave me a surprise coffee at the gate!
And said sorry you asked for pret but its close i bought from patisserie valerie!
Tell me how can there be such a sweet and romantic guy like him? 
It's not like that he's 16 year old boy having big crush...
He is a mature independent grown up... And that is what  makes it even sweeter :)

I am getting ill... sorethroat and headache and dizziness.
Has that anything to do with stress... or three chocolate bars?

After all, after all... This is the most complicated relationship i have ever had in life.
But i still love him fondly, so fondly, nothing can drive a wedge between us.
Not race, not age, not weight, not language, not culture, not belief, not marriage.

Breakfast at Polo bar: poached eggs on toast 400 kcal
                                    fererro rocher 500 kcal

Lunch: cadbury nutty bar 300 kcal
            cadbury caramel bar 300 kcal 
            cream cheese 200 kcal

Afternoon: bagel 250 kcal
                 grapes 300 kcal
                 beverages 200 kcal

Basically... if i can skip all the junks then i can easily satisfy the 1500 cap !
No more chocolate... i am feeling worse now...

8 pm: Tanv came round after dinner at Lahore
          He said he can do anything and everything to make me happy :")
          He said "i am all yours" and "i am loyal to you"
          And most touching thing is, thank god, he finally realise he has to start saving...
          For his tuition fee and for our trip...sweet!

Surprisingly after all the cravings and starvings and datings...
I still weigh 133.6 lbs almost no change right from the beginning

8.00 - breakfast : an egg 70 kcal
                             a bagel with honey spread 300 kcal
                             orange juice 100 kcal

10.00 - two egg whites 50 kcal

13.00 - grapes 300 kcal
            a chocolate bar 300 kcal

16.00 - cream cheese 200 kcal

20.00 - chocolate 1000 kcal
             coffees and teas 100 kcal

16.00 - Tanveer dropped a surprise visit :-)

He is getting sleander i wonder if it was caused by stress or workload or workout...
I bought him a Belkin leather envelop laptop sleeve hope he will like it...
Today made a silly mistake when booking 12 Oct day-trip to Oslo, and lost £ 56 ;"(
Still cost me close to nothing to (Oslo) Norway with friends £
10-12 Sep (Vienna, Strasberg) Austria with sister £££ 
17-20 Sep (Luzern, Zermatt, Interlaken, Zurich) Switzerland with boyfriend £££££

         A PACK OF CRISPS (200 kcal)
         sweetcorn (100 kcal)
    Then went straight to bed.................and gained two pounds!

10am: bourbon sticks loads (500 kcal)
           three digestives biscuits (200 kcal)


1pm: halloumi cheese and creme brulee (500 kcal)

3pm: half a pepperoni pizza (500 kcal)

5pm: strawberries
         white tea & coffee (500 kcal)

8pm: Patisserie Valerie ( i swear this would be the last visit!!! )
         lemon cheesecake tasted so bad (300 kcal)

9pm: brocolli (100 kcal)
         halloumi cheese (300 kcal)
