Then went straight to bed.................and gained two pounds!

1pm: halloumi cheese and creme brulee (500 kcal)
3pm: half a pepperoni pizza (500 kcal)
5pm: strawberries
white tea & coffee (500 kcal)
8pm: Patisserie Valerie ( i swear this would be the last visit!!! )
lemon cheesecake tasted so bad (300 kcal)
9pm: brocolli (100 kcal)
halloumi cheese (300 kcal)
