9 am - chilli con carne ( 400 kcal )
noon - berries ( 200 kcal )
3 pm - macaroni cheese, chai tea, 1/2 peach meringe @ Sketch ( 1000 kcal )
5 pm - Nottinghill Gate gelato half a cup: melon sorbet + espresso + pistaccio ( 300 kcal )
8 pm - berries and organic cherry tomatos from farmers' market ( 300 kcal )
midnight - 2 slices of cheese ( 140 kcal )


Yesterday

10 am - cheese omelette @ Ponti's, cappucino ( 400 kcal )
noon - some sugar sweets ( 100 kcal )
4 pm - laksa soup speghetti ( 1000 kcal )

某某朋友的女朋友很纤瘦很漂亮。
我要向他学习。
手了行动起来也看上去比较优雅。

这四天都有腹泻的现象。
纵使如此,我的体重反弹从130 到 139。
明天去旅行五天,也要小心饮食。

现在买了山寨nano case 和 armband。
希望尽快开始运动大计。
说起来,nano真是电磁超耐用的,可以last more than a day.
十二分满意!

Day17

总是没有在开始的勇气。夸下海口的bs说得太多了。
昨天家庭日,吃了五餐,晚上还吃大餐。
可能有五千卡真的。
煎炸太多了,脸上长了三颗痘,恐怖
今天早上肉粽,锅巴,饼干,蛋糕,李子,苹果...
大概超过一千卡了吧。
下午吃了好多出炉面包,cereal,橘子。
晚上青菜,云耳燜鸡,1/4个黑美人西瓜。

我知道,我太爱吃了。
看了一集澳洲版 The Biggest Loser。
有参赛者脱掉了差不多一半的体重。
好励志,我也可以振作起来吧。
ipod nano拿到手后,重新开始跑步的习惯。
Can't wait...
不可以败给自己。

如果不漂亮瘦瘦的,我八月份没面目见他啦!!

其实不用把减肥看得太严肃,减肥不是目的,而是一种手段。
我们不是在单纯地减肥,而是在调整我们的生活方式,改变我们的生活态度,
我们的目的只是让生活更健康,有一个健康的生活方式,以一颗平和的心面对生活,直面人生。
而体重下降只不过是健康的生活方式,平和的心态的一个产物罢了,仅此而已。

I know i have fallen.
昨晚挨不住,睡前吃了面包,还吃了晚餐呢。
今天胃口继续飚升,我怀疑是小了补充水分。
我开始变得很消极,如果见不到57誓不罢休。
无论过程中用什么方法,营养如何超标准,只求结果不择手段的呐!
跟我说这说那的,舍也是我的敌人。
我的身体也是我敌人呐, i m a teapot short and stout!!
喜欢的男生也是我敌人呐,让我极度嫉妒的fitness!!

Day 13

I have been really slack on my food consumption in the last few days...
Eventhough mom was trying to tell me white lies, that she can spot the change...
But i know exactly whats going on,
My measurements have hardly been adjusted.
And when i put on my shirt it feels tighter than few nights ago!!
I regret not going jogging since saturday,
typhoon and stormy rains were excuses.
It may sounds silly but i really dont wanna meet my friends tonight.
I am getting ver self-conscious
Luckily the meetings been cancelled due to stormy rain
Weight pre-crave: 61.4 kg

Yesterday had  mango frozen yogurt
 two packs of biscuits
 two cookies
 a pack of seaweed tempura crisps
 roasted beans
 watermelon

We went to Megabox for  dim sum lunch ( 13 dishes shared )
Then later in the evening i took a little napAnd suddenly had a craving of biscuits
 Three packs of jacob's hi-cal
 Three chucky lemon cream sandwich biscuits
 One chestnut vanilla slice
 a big pack of prawn crackers
 three shots of yakult

I hardly have a clue of whats going on?
whats the trigger? love, stress, sleep?
my metabolism, my flood dam is dysfunctional...
one thing i do notice is my fluid intake has dropped.

Woaahhhh tomorrow onwards will start all over again
NO CARB DIET: VEG AND FRUIT ONLY!
AND LOTS OF DRINKS!

I didnt sleep at all thats why i am up at 6 am... I think i am madly in love.

Binge snacking with brother:

A pack of jacob's hi-cal original biscuits (100 kcal)

Lunch: 元气壽司 (shared 8 dishes)

OKAY I OVEREAT TOO MUCH...
Perhpas i should remind myself the goals

Day 10

跟他和好如初了,谈到 6am 才睡觉,虽然他不了解我也不浪漫,但仍窝心。

早上吃了两个西饼,咖啡蛋糕和 madeira cake (1000 kcal?)

中午跟michelle见了面,我真的好喜欢他,亲了他一口。

我们在 king ludwig beerhall 点了两个 lunch set,

1) pork knuckle with baked potatoes and sourkraut

2) salmon fillet with creamy spinach sauce

有萨拉,share 了main course,then cheese cake and coffee...

卡路里暂时不要计算。。。开心就好了 

晚餐吃不下,断断续续在公园跑了3圈,停下休息突然身体发冷。

不妙,尤其最近睡眠不足,真是要多注意身体。

流了一身汗,电子 scale 竟然笑我重了,indicator 俳徊在 60.5- 61.5 kg 之间。

惟有安慰自己肌肉higher density的缘故吧,哈哈。

新的一周,新的一天,新的开始。

昨晚下雨,而且太累了,今天6am 補跑。

清晨的感觉美极了,我还打算上主日早堂 1st time。

妈跟弟从韩国回来了,好多好多护肤品大开眼界。

今天刚起床便急不急不及待量体重,

那个scale本来就不太准确,
但看到130lb的时候仍然以掩不住惊喜心情

虽然不是好办法,但饮料的确可以代替食物充饥。

But 事实证明健宜饮品不可多喝,因为会增加吃的欲望,看我3pm干的好事。

算了,起码蚕豆跟杏仁的营养价值丰富。

明天一定rebound了,i dont care,失恋大过天!

Day 08

好害怕...真的好害怕...

明天回到 62 kg 我是会崩溃的。

I tried to rest at 10.30pm but T's call disrupted my sleep (I was expecting actually)
So i got up after midnigt to welcome a heartbreaking conversation
He said it becomes a big issue if i dont know what i want
I dont want to be a friend, but we are more than friends
I dont want to be a girlfriend, but we are unprepared
He said I changes everyday he has lost track
And i told him to get lost because he bothers my life so much
And then i got very very upset and ended up binge-stuffing half a tub of vanilla icecream...
Incredible guilt afterwards and couldnt get back to sleep...
@ 1pm
Perhaps crying used up a lot of energy, thank God I am still on 60kg after the binge.
Now I feel much calmer. And I learn to hold back my feelings.
I sent him a apology email. Lesson has been learnt.
Im gonna love myself as a woman, just as who I am.
Im gonna be happy when he is around, and happier without him.
Graceful, confident and independent.

我跟 T 吵架了。他的房子很有趣,真的,dining table 旁边有bar 还有两人的餐桌。
sofa 是色彩缤纷的,还有shisa的小卧床。TV room跟客厅是分开的!?
他好可爱 可是他什么都好,我什么都不好,
我连自己也管不好,
他对我来说是一个任性的选择。
我好伤心哦... 时间... 心力...就这样浪费掉了。
好好利用余下的七月份。

哈哈昨天没用工学习,现在很后悔。果然,谈情说爱我是没资格的。

I hate my big belly! Being cuddly doesnt necessarily require a big belly@@!

Mr. T 抵步后跟我通了话,开心:) 他说早上回到公司会online 但是没有,
可能 jetlag 醒不来没上班吗,还是给抓去开 meeting 啦,哈哈。||等待||

好开心,下午他终于出现啦啦啦啦。

Day 03

Breakfast:
昨天看西班牙荷兰 (可怜的Torres加时出场超帅的~)
所以很晏才起床,决定SKIP早餐。

Lunch:
哇。。。一口气吃了整包枝豆片,其实咬了几口已经顶了瘾,
可是手还是不受控制的往嘴里塞。
终于明白为什么胖子要把分开小包小包装袋,麻烦也是值得的。(250kcal)

御苑皇宴餐厅-----

吃点心也可以有策略的吃~
多咀嚼,小口小口的,减慢进食速度,多喝茶增添饱满感。
至于包饺类,尽量只吃餡料,虽然有点不雅呢。

粉粿filling,蒸肉包filling,牛肉肠粉,萝卜糕半个,粉丝杂菜煲,红豆沙 (600kcal)

Tea time @ 6pm:

vitasoy malted soyabean milk 250ml (150kcal)

Dinner @8.30pm:

可能是运动, 可能是喝了浓茶,可能是肚子饿。。。

11:30 已经躺在床上,3:00 还睡不着比清醒更清醒!!!

哇现在可以看德国乌拉圭队队赛。。。

昨天四时多 T 打来了,正准备登机飞往 BD。他说想念我 20/20。

然后喝了一杯牛奶,有睡意。。。ZzzzzzzzzZZZZZZzzzzzZZZZZzzzzzz

早上起来后没什么食欲(感动!)可是下午开始爆卡 (哭!)

因为晚上回家已经很晚,所以取消了跑步的念头,改做带氧操。
