Hard to control my appetite these days, eventhough i have become a regular member of the gym, i seem to get hungry more quickly and feeling full more slowly when i consume food.

Also been doing some baking with sister over last few weekends, making tiramisu and cookies and chocolates, so my diet is a big crap these days really... explains well why i have stopped posting.

Morning - yogurt and coffee 100
Gym - burnt 400
Lunch - prawn mayo sandwich 350
            butter shortbread loaded 1000
Dinner - salad 200
              cheese from tan (amsterdam) 1000

Looking forward to Oslo day trip tomorrow.
